Health Care Service Firm Education Series:  Clinical Operations

Participants will be provided with clinical guidance and recommendations on the best clinical practices for Health Care Service Firms in New Jersey.  Sound clinical operations are vital to safe, quality care.  New providers will learn about the duties and responsibilities of clinical directors and field professionals.   Attend this program to find the answers to the following questions: What is the role of the RN, LPN and Homemaker/Home Health Aide in a Health Care Service Firm?  What are the education and in-service requirements for a Health Care Service Firm?  What is required when supervising a homemaker/home health aide?  What can a RN delegate to a CHHA?  What must be included in a patient’s plan of care and clinical record? 

TARGET AUDIENCE: Health Care Service Firm clinical managers, nursing supervisors, new nursing staff, educators and administrators.


3 Nursing contact hours will be awarded

Home Care Association of NJ is an approved provider of continuing nursing education by NJSNA, an accredited approver by the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s Commission on Accreditation.  Provider # P148 – 4/15-18
