With an ongoing and growing shift toward Managed Care that has been coupled with rampant market consolidation, providers have been challenged with maintaining financial sustainability and growth opportunity.  This is especially true for providers that are faced with lower managed care reimbursement rates and employee retention and shortage issues due to the inability to pay higher wages.  As a result, in order to attain a greater strategic position in this ever evolving marketplace, provider agencies must be able to effectively communicate and negotiate with the Managed Care Organizations.
