Home Health Lessons Learned from Audits, ADRs, Pre-Claim Review & More..

Speaker:  Laura Page-Greifinger, President/CEO of Quality in Real Time (QIRT)

QIRT (Quality In Real Time) is an industry-leading coding and consulting provider serving home care, hospice, and post-acute agencies across the United States. QIRT's five divisions (quality, education, compliance, revenue cycle, and operational strategy) provide Quality Cycle Management (QCM) via the workflow agencies need, including quality checkpoints and comprehensive, cyclical processes along the continuum of care.

Pre-claim review is a CMS initiative launched in 2016 with the purpose to audit specific claims data before the claim was billed in order to determine overall billing compliance practices.  Valuable lessons have been learned through this intensive audit process and will be shared with participants during this first of its kind education session designed specifically for NJ home health agencies.

Attend this program to understand what you need to have in place to survive pre-claim review audits, ADRs, probe and educate rounds and more!  Join our guest speaker who has traveled across the country educating agencies on how to successfully comply with clinical & financial documentation and pre/post claims review.  Learn what operational and process flow strategies you can implement to decrease risk and improve successful claims reimbursement.  This session will explain how to identify trends in existing agency reports that will help improve workflow, processes, compliance and outcomes.
