Health Care Service Firm Education Series: How to Conduct a Home Health Aide Training Program

Want to run your own agency training program for certifying Home Health Aides but don't know where to begin?  Not sure what the requirements are for Board of Nursing applications and approvals?  Can’t decide if you can afford to invest in conducting your own certified homemaker- home health aide training program?   This comprehensive program will take you step by step through the process beginning with a feasibility study all the way through to graduation!   Health Care Service Firms and Home Health agencies need quality care providers whom they trust to be part of the interdisciplinary team.  Attend this program and learn from an industry ‘expert’ how to develop a quality program that trains quality people to become competent caregivers!

Objectives:

Navigate the NJ Board of Nursing procedure & requirements for conducting a compliant training program.

Understand the UAP (Unlicensed Assistive Personnel) curriculum requirements.

Evaluate your organization's capabilities to formulate a training program business plan.

Design effective HR policies & procedures for student recruitment and retention and hiring of qualified instructors.
