How to Become a Member


 

Home Care Association of New Jersey has six membership categories. Please read the descriptions below to determine membership eligibility.

Membership Categories

Provider/Hospice Membership - application
Organizations licensed in N.J. as home health agencies, health care service firms, and/or hospices. Annual dues are based upon agency revenue.

Industry Partner Membershipapplication
Organizations and corporations, not involved in the direct delivery of home care, which provide services or products to home care and/or hospice providers. Examples include consultants, durable medical equipment and supply companies, computer software companies, certified public accountants. 2009 Annual Dues are $750.00.

Allied Health Membershipapplication
Facilities that are licensed or approved by the NJ Department of Health and Senior Services, and that do not offer home care and/or hospice services, such as Assisted Living, CCRCs, Skilled Nursing Facilities, Pediatric, Adult Day Care Facilities, and Hospitals.
2009 Annual Dues are $1000.

Ancillary Membership Applicationapplication
Agencies that are not licensed as Health Care Service Firms, Hospices, or Home Health Agencies but are licensed under Regulated Business by the NJ Division of Consumer Affairs (N.J.S.A. 34:8-43) as Nurse Registries that offer private duty nursing or employment agencies that offer non-medical Companion or Homemaker service.
