Nancy Fitterer, MA

Prior to joining the Home Care & Hospice Association of NJ, Nancy Fitterer served as Chief of Staff to two New Jersey Attorney Generals. Nancy also served in various other capacities during her eight-year tenure in the Office of the Attorney General, including Chief of Staff of the Division of Consumer Affairs. Nancy was Chief of Staff for Sen. Jennifer Beck and Assemblyman Declan O’Scanlon, a trusted policy advisor to the New Jersey Assembly Republican Office and a constituent relations advocate to New Jersey Governors DiFrancesco and Whitman. She is a graduate of both The College of New Jersey with a B.A. in political science and Seton Hall University with an M.A. in international relations and diplomacy.

Logan Lee

Logan has spent the last decade advancing the missions of nonprofits, universities, and cultural institutions through meaningful member engagement, community building, and multi-channel marketing. Dedicated to ensuring access to quality home and end-of-life care, he aims to amplify the people, voices, and impact of industry partners and providers across the state. Logan studied communications, art history, and journalism/media studies at Rutgers University and the University of California, San Diego. He currently pursues an MFA in creative nonfiction writing from the Columbia University School of the Arts.

 

Susan Manders

Office Coordinator

Susan Manders is the Office Coordinator for the Home Care & Hospice Association of NJ. Susan has been with the Association since 2010 and is frequently the first point of contact for our office. Additionally, she is responsible for managing registrations, maintaining all databases, supporting membership retention and recruitment efforts, providing excellent client service, assisting in event planning, as well as providing other administrative support. Susan attended Franklin & Marshall College where she obtained her B.A. in studio art. She subsequently worked as a curator in an art gallery, and then as a corporate art consultant for several years. Prior to joining the Home Care & Hospice Association of NJ, Susan completed a program in medical coding and billing and earned her Certified Coding Associate (CCA) credential. Susan has worked in the healthcare industry in various capacities.

Hospice

Judi Lund Person, MPH, CHC is known for her knowledge of hospice regulations and her ability to turn regulations into plain English so that providers can implement them. She has been a part of the hospice regulatory process for more than 40 years and has helped countless hospice providers interpret the regulations and make a plan for compliance. Home Care

Melinda A. Gaboury, COS-C is co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of Healthcare Provider Solutions, Inc. (HPS). Melinda Gaboury and Mark Cannon founded the company in April 2001 to provide financial, reimbursement, billing, operational and clinical consulting to the home care and hospice industries. Jennifer Osburn, RN, HCS-D, COS-C is a Clinical Consultant with Healthcare Provider Solutions, Inc. (HPS). With over 30 years of home health experience, Jennifer brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise which includes education and training, agency management, quality, clinical case management, and software technology.
