Christine Black is a dedicated and experienced leader in the homecare and hospice arena, with over 25 years of operational expertise. She has been an integral part of the HMH team since 2008, serving in a series of key leadership positions that have been instrumental in shaping the organization's growth and operational excellence.

Christine has successfully operationalized the integration of several other agencies under the HMH umbrella, ensuring a seamless transition for both patients and staff. Her leadership is also defined by a deep commitment to her team; she is known for fostering a supportive environment and championing the professional growth of her colleagues. Christine's strategic vision and compassionate approach continue to drive high-quality care and success within HMH's home health and hospice services.

Jennifer Brullo, DNP, MSN, MBA, RN, NE-BC

Jennifer Brullo, DNP, MSN, MBA, RN, NE-BC is Vice President of Operations at Star Pediatrics. With more than 20 years of healthcare leadership experience, she has held executive roles across clinical operations, workforce management, patient services, organizational performance, and value-based care initiatives within large healthcare organizations.

Prior to joining Star Pediatrics, Jennifer served as President & CEO of Visiting Nurse Services in Westchester and spent nearly two decades at VNS Health, where she led the Personal Care Services and Home Health divisions. In these roles, she oversaw large-scale operations focused on quality, growth, workforce engagement, patient care, and value-based performance initiatives across diverse patient populations.

Jennifer also served on the Board of Directors for the Home Care Association of New York State, including service on the Executive Committee as Secretary.

Jennifer earned her Doctor of Nursing Practice in Executive Leadership from Duke University, an MBA from St. John's University, and an MSN in Nursing Leadership from Walden University. She is a board-certified nurse executive, published author, and healthcare leader with a strong background in operations, clinical services, and performance improvement.

Irma Camaligan, RN

Irma is a passionate, mission‑driven nurse with more than 35 years of experience, specializing primarily in Home Care Services and community‑based clinical leadership. Throughout her career, she has built a reputation for raising standards, empowering clinicians, and championing patient‑centered care across diverse home‑based settings.

Today, Irma serves as the Director of Clinical Growth and Strategies for Elara Caring, where she leads initiatives that strengthen clinical excellence, expand service capabilities, and support sustainable organizational growth. In addition to her current role, she is a trusted consultant in the home care space, advising agencies and leaders on operational improvement, regulatory readiness, and clinical best practices.

Irma previously served over six years on the New Jersey Board of Nursing, where she played a pivotal role in ensuring that Home Care maintained a strong and informed presence in statewide regulatory discussions. 

A lifelong advocate, Irma is deeply committed to nursing and caregiver workforce development, patient safety, and equitable access to high‑quality home care services. She continues to use her voice, expertise, and influence to support clinicians, empower patients, and advance the future of home‑based healthcare.

Trisha began her home care journey as an LPN providing PDN services. Today, she is the VP of Clinical Services at Care Options for Kids. She is also a certified consultant for CHAP and brings a wealth of knowledge in the Home Care and Private Duty Nursing space. As an experienced and passionate homecare nurse, Trisha is a strong advocate for ensuring nurses are paid fairly in home care.

Jatona Davis, RN, BSN, MSN

Jatona is a passionate and dedicated nurse with over 12 years of healthcare experience in Home Health Care Services. She was promoted to the Director of Home Care at Holy Name Medical Center in 2020, which has evolved rapidly during these challenging times in healthcare. Under her leadership, Holy Name Home Care was recognized by the Jewish Standard Reader’s Choice as the First Place Home Healthcare Agency in 2021 and 2022.

Heidi Facchini, RN, BSN

Heidi has more than 30 years' experience in clinical settings which include inpatient ambulatory, rehabilitation, sub-acute, home care and hospice. Heidi successfully expanded and implemented a new Palliative Care Program at Center for Hope Hospice and Palliative Care. She implemented a NEXSYS medication cabinet which allowed nurses to manage symptoms immediately when changes in medication occurred and not have to wait for pharmacy delivery. Today, Heidi uses her extensive experience to advocate for unmet needs for end-of-life facility-based care, reimbursement and staffing issues.

Geetakumari Fofandi is the founder and CEO of Faith Home Healthcare, Faith Hospice Care, and Faith Day Habilitation. Prior to her current role, she served her community as a nutritionist. Geeta has deeply committed to advancing women's empowerment within the healthcare field and strives to diversify the home care industry.

A recognized leader in the healthcare industry, Geeta has received numerous prestigious honors, including the EMPOWERING WOMEN award by NJBIZ. Her mission is to support and build new healthcare endeavors by advocating in Washington, D.C. and Trenton.

Amy Fulton

Vice President, FGA Receivables Management

Amy Fulton has over 35 years of financial and administrative experience in home health care. Prior to joining FGA, she worked for a New Jersey certified home health agency for nine years, during which she served as a collections representative and was later promoted to bookkeeper. Fulton’s role at FGA has been diverse: she provides management oversight to the entire outsourcing department of FGA; she also spent three years as a software training and installations manager for all FGA software implementations. Fulton's areas of expertise include revenue cycle enhancement and cash flow improvement, computer software implementation, internal procedures and control, accounts receivable management, and credit and collection.

Fulton received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Mathematics from Douglass College, Rutgers University, New Brunswick, NJ. She is also certified to teach secondary education mathematics.

Louise joined BAYADA Home Health Care in 2003 and serves as their Northeast Area Director of Government Affairs. She is a passionate advocate for frail and disabled children, adults, and seniors and the compassionate health care professionals who enable them to remain in the comfort and safety of their home. Louise understands the greatest way to educate legislators is by moving beyond the walls of the Trenton Statehouse and into the homes of BAYADA’s clients, allowing them to witness first-hand the powerful impact nurses and home health aides bring to New Jersey residents.

She has held a range of clinical and leadership roles with Atlantic Visiting Nurse, which has given her a deep understanding of community-based care across the continuum. Lisa is committed to elevating the impact of home-based care and supporting patients and families in meaningful ways.

Katy has successfully overseen multiple branch operations, led cross-functional teams, and built strong community partnerships. Her hands-on leadership and deep understanding of both field and office operations continue to drive performance, compliance, and growth across the region.

Toni Modak serves as Vice President of Valley Home Care, where she provides strategic leadership and operational oversight for home health and hospice services. With a deep commitment to transforming care delivery, Toni has also been instrumental in advancing Valley Health System’s Population Health and Hospital at Home initiatives, aligning them with value-based care models to drive improved outcomes, patient experience, and cost efficiency.

A recognized leader in the healthcare industry, Toni has received numerous prestigious honors, including the Tribute to Women in Industry (TWIN) Award, the Innovations in the Continuum of Care Award from the Organization of Nurse Leaders, and the Carol J. Kientz Member of the Year Award from the Home Care and Hospice Association of New Jersey.

She directs all aspects of operations at AVN including strategy and operations, patient experience, and fiscal and program oversight. She also oversees Atlantic Private Care, the Adult Day Center, and philanthropic activities. She continually drives AVN's mission to provide high quality patient care with an exceptional patient experience.

As a member of the Board of Directors, Mary looks forward to assisting in championing policies, empowering and supporting the workforce, driving innovation, and helping to ensure homecare and hospice are at the forefront of policymaker’s minds. She was recently honored with the Carol J. Kientz Member of the Year Award from the Home Care and Hospice Association of NJ.

Marshalina "Marsha" is a native of New York and has spent her career focused on community health. Marsha has decades of experience in non-profit as well as for profit organizations. Marsha is a Registered Nurse with an advanced degree in Executive Leadership and is Lean Six Sigma-certified, making her a true expert in home and community health operations.

Nick Seabrook is Executive Vice President of SimiTree, which is the largest consulting company in home health and hospice with over 250 employees serving 500 active clients providing consulting, outsourcing and talent solutions. Nick is responsible for the oversight of the Consulting division at SimiTree. He is also a Member of Homecare & Hospice Association of NJ's Board of Directors where serves as the Treasurer. He has presented at numerous state and national conferences and his participation in these and many other industry forums and events over the past 20 plus years have garnered recognition as a leading authority on solutions to the latest operational, clinical, and regulatory challenges.

Michelle Stengart

Michelle started her career in home care at the age of 14, filling in for employees who would go on vacations over the summers and winters. In this way, she began to perform every role in home care except that of nurse. After college, she became the director of what is now called Jersey College and helped them gain national accreditation. Michelle then started working at Star Pediatric Home Care Agency three years after its inception in 2011, overseeing the financial end of the business including the billing department, case management, and contracts. In March of 2023, she officially became the CEO. Michelle understands firsthand the challenges of staffing and would like to see nurses incentivized for working in home care.

Jack is an accomplished and energetic Chief Operating Officer with over fifteen years of experience trailblazing in the Healthcare sector. He started in the DME/ Custom Rehab Mobility industry. Five years ago, Jack transitioned into the Home Health care environment. Presently, he is the COO for Promise Care NJ, overseeing and supporting his teams to provide quality care to referral sources and patients. Jack constantly strives for excellence when it comes to patient care and support.
